Q 2: Is it permissible for my mother to visit my uncle during his illness and talk to him?


A: There is no blame on your mother if she visits your uncle during his illness, provided that (Part No. 17; Page No. 406) there is no Khulwah (being alone with a member of the opposite sex) between them. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
