Are "Al-Khalifah" and "Al-Sahib" among the Most Beautiful Names of Allah

Neither "Al-Khalifah" nor "Al-Sahib" is a Name of Allah. However, the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him):
Allahumma Anta Al-Sahib Fi Al-Safar Wal-Khalifah Fi Al-Ahl (O Allah, You are the Companion in the journey, and the One Who looks after the family)
was by way of (Part No. 2; Page No. 340
