Q 3: Should a traveler offer Shaf` (two units of Prayer, particularly before witr) and Witr (Prayer with an odd number of units) or not?

A: Yes, they should observe performing Shaf` and Witr prayers for the Messenger (peace be upon him) used to observe the night Salah in residence and travel.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
