All types of Commercial Insurance are unlawful. It is not permissible to purchase the cars which the insurance company owned pursuant to the insurance contract because these cars are not the property of the company according to the Shar`. (Part No. 15; Page No. 315) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
