Is it valid to make up for the missed days of Ramadan on Thursday and Friday or not?
A:
It is permissible to observe Sawm (fasting) on Thursday and Friday in making up for the missed days of Ramadan or other voluntary Sawm. What is forbidden is to single out Friday for voluntary Sawm. (Part No. 10; Page No. 355) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
