A:
It is impermissible to
pay any money to an employee for finishing the transaction, for this is considered a prohibited bribe. The Prophet (peace be upon him) cursed the briber, the bribee, and the intermediate; the briber is the one who pays the bribe, the bribee is the one who takes it, (Part No. 23; Page No. 565) while the intermediate is the person who mediates between both. Whoever refrains from accomplishing their assigned transactions, their affair should be submitted to their responsible manager to punish them.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
