Specifying Fridays for the recitation of the Quran is a Bid`ah (innovation in religion) and a Muslim has to read the Qur'an from time to time without specifying a particular day for that. Also, reciting Qur'an loudly in the Masjids (mosques) distracts the people offering Salah (prayers).May Allah grant us success.
