there are no specific Ayahs or Salah that are reported to help with memorization of the Qur’an. A Muslim should strive hard to learn the Qur’an by heart. Allah (Exalted be He) says:
And We have indeed made the Qur’ân easy to understand and remember; then is there any one who will remember (or receive admonition)?
Anyone who exerts efforts to memorize the Qur’an, Allah will help them and make it easy for them. As for specifying certain Ayahs or Salah for this, there is no evidence relating to this, but you should supplicate a lot to Allah to help you memorize the Qur’an. Truly Allah is Near and Responds.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
