However, selling or buying these cars does not stop the Hawl (for the capital). Thus, the criterion for the Hawl is the capital (mentioned in the question). In addition, if there is profit from this sale, it is included in the Hawl of the capital as a subsidiary, in which Zakah will also be due on it at the end of every Hawl.
