The loan the man took from the fund is considered part of his money and he must pay Zakah on it if a lunar year has passed and the sum itself reaches the Nisab (minimum amount on which Zakah is due), or if it reaches the Nisab when combined with the rest of the man's money and the profits he gains.May Allah grant us success.
