A: Firstly:
Regarding the stated situation,
it is forbidden to go to practitioners of witchcraft or sorcerers who claim that they can diagnose diseases and learn their causes through supernatural means. The sorcerer’s command to you to slaughter a sacrifice to other than Allah is an act of Shirk Akbar (major form of associating others in worship with Allah). Also, treatment using wine is forbidden, because Allah does not put the cure for this Ummah (nation) in something that He has forbidden to them.
Secondly:
It is permissible for you to treat yourself with lawful supplications and permissible medications which do not involve any prohibited practices. May Allah cure you and protect you from all harm!May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
